shelves are made from light colored live edge pine or bass wood
comes with floating mounting brackets for easy installation
note: shelf most stable when mounted directly into studs! the mounting holes are 16” apart with the purpose of being mounted into studs, not dry wall.

The shelf itself is great, but the hardware for hanging isn’t. I had to go to the hardware store to buy sturdier wall plugs because the ones provided didn’t support the shelf. Even now it sags a little and the curved end doesn’t sit flush against the wall. Listing notes shelf is most stable when pointing down but that is a complete understatement. It won’t even support its own weight when pointing up which is really disappointing because that then does not allow for the design I had in mind.
